NetKit Subnet

Terms of Use

Effective October 2026. Last updated September 2026.

These terms govern your use of this website and NetKit Subnet, an application published by Fidget Digit Studios L.L.C. ("Fidget Digit Studios", "we", "us"). By using our website or the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Who may use NetKit Subnet

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.

Your license to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NetKit Subnet on devices you own or control. You may use it for your work, including paid work for your employer or your clients. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the software, except to the extent that law expressly permits it.

Your calculations

The addresses you enter and the results you get are yours. They are calculated on your device and never reach us, and you grant us no rights to them. You may copy, share, and use the results however you like.

Check results before you rely on them

NetKit Subnet is built carefully and tested extensively, but it is a planning aid, not a guarantee. Before you apply a result to a production network, a firewall rule, a routing table, or a cloud deployment, check it against your own design and your equipment's or provider's documentation. You are responsible for the changes you make to your networks.

Cloud provider rules can change

Cloud mode reflects the subnet rules that Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud publish, as we last checked them. Those providers can change their rules at any time, and their documentation is the final word. We update NetKit Subnet when they do, but there may be a delay. NetKit Subnet is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, Microsoft, or Google; their names are used only to identify their services.

Our content

The software, name, trademarks, and design of NetKit Subnet belong to Fidget Digit Studios L.L.C. or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you.

Purchases

NetKit Subnet Pro is a one-time purchase sold and processed by Apple under Apple's terms. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. You can restore a purchase on another device signed in to the same Apple Account from Settings in the app.

Advertising

The free version shows ads supplied by Google. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they lead to. Our Privacy Policy explains what the ads collect and how to limit it.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of our products at any time, including individual features. We will try to give notice of significant changes but are not obliged to.

Disclaimer

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fidget Digit Studios L.L.C. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or network downtime, arising from your use of our products or of any result they produce. Our total liability for any claim relating to our products will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to you only to the extent permitted.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for NetKit Subnet. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Any claim that the app fails to conform to a warranty may be directed to Apple, who may refund the purchase price; beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation.
